Wired for booking apps, card readers, music and video calls with clients who want to talk it through first.
Washer & dryer on site
Coin-operated laundry in the building. Towels and capes get turned around here instead of going home in your trunk.

What does the rent actually cover?
Your private suite, utilities and Wi-Fi, billed weekly. You supply your own product, tools and any extra furniture you want in the room. Laundry on site is coin-operated.
How much is a suite?
Rent is weekly, and the amount depends on the size of the suite — the twelve rooms aren't identical, so the rates aren't either. Call 978-408-6616 and we'll tell you what's open and what it runs.
Does every suite have a shampoo bowl?
Every suite has water. Some have a standard sink, others have a full hair washing station. Tell us what your services require and we'll show you the suites that fit.
Do I set my own hours and prices?
Yes. You run your own business inside your suite — your schedule, your pricing, your booking system, your retail, your clients.
What do I need to move in?
A current license and your own insurance. Bring the rest of the details to the tour and we'll walk you through the agreement in plain language.
Can I see a suite before I decide?
Please do. Tours are the whole point — you should stand in the room, check the light and the outlets, and picture your station in it before you sign anything.
